Real estate activity in Weston, Massachusetts, October 1 - 7, 2007
Four new properties have been introduced to the Weston, Massachusetts real estate market since October 1st and two properties have sold. There are eighty-five active listings as of October 7th.. This is two less than the number of remaining properties we reported last week. Of those eighty-five remaining properties, eighteen are listed for under one million dollars, thirty are listed between one million and two million dollars (again, the most swollen price band), fourteen are listed between two and three million dollars (down two from last week), fifteen between three and four million and nine properties are listed above four million dollars.
