Since April 30th, 16 properties were listed and 13 sold. Three of these sales were of the new inventory. As of May 7th, there are 147 houses remaining for sale. Inventory has climbed over the past few weeks, but still, we have substantially fewer than this week last year when there were 199 single families for sale.
