This week there was a big bounce back in market activity. Seventeen single family properties were introduced while 17 sold. Three of these sales were of the new inventory. As of April 2nd, there are 129 houses remaining for sale versus 189 last year at this time. There are quite a few outstanding and well-priced properties on the market.
