Since February 12th, 5 new single family properties were introduced and 11 properties sold. None of these sales were of the new listings. This is a much stronger Spring market for sellers. There have even been multiple offers on several properties. As of February 19th, there are 116 single family properties remaining on the market compared to 151 this time last year.
