Sellers take notice: Home buyers have arrived.  After a long hiatus, waiting to catch the market at its bottom, buyers are back in force in Weston, MA. A flurry of phone inquiries to the Pinnacle office, busy open houses, and a declining inventory make it clear that things have changed. 

For the past two weeks the real estate market in Weston, MA has been active. Fourteen homes sold. The list price of these sales was all over the chart, from as low as $699,000 to the mid range of 1.6M to 2.7M up to a high of 4.5M. Only four new properties were introduced to the market. The current inventory as of February 14^th is 63, down from 96 one year ago. If you can jump on board by the first couple of weeks of March you can catch the wave of this spring market. Buyers are waiting for new inventory.
