Real Estate Activity for Wellesley, MA - February 11th - 25th, 2008
In the two weeks since our last report, 14 properties were listed in Wellesley and 14 sold. As you can see, there was a concentration of activity in the $1-1.5 range. This is a great deal of action for a period that encompasses a typically slow public school vacation week. There are only 99 single family houses remaining for sale.
