Buyers desire oversized garages, central air conditioning and walk-in master closets

The National Association of Realtors (NAR) recently conducted a survey of home buyers who purchased a home in the period from late 2005 to early 2007.  The survey’s objective was to evaluate features tht buyers considered very important when purchasing a home.
