THE WCVB - CHANNEL 5 - 2008 CONCEPT HOME IN WESTON, MA

Phase 1 -The demolition of the existing property at 63 Ash Street in Weston

After two and a half years of going through the permitting and review processes with the town of Weston, Massachusetts, on November 28th, Santangelo Construction began the long anticipated first phase of constructing the new house on the property at 63 Ash Street - namely tearing down the old house on the site.   Ash Street is designated as a scenic road in the town of Weston and as such, the properties located along it are subject to vigorous site review when plans are submitted to the various boards that determine can and can’t do’s regarding new construction and remodelling existing structures.

TL Concepts a company that showcases new home construction throughout the United States by partnering with a local television channel has selected 63 Ash Street to be its 2008 Concept Home.  WCVB-Channel 5, the local ABC affiliate is the TV station that will be following the construction of the new house.  Boston.com will also be showcasing the construction.

After the house is completed, there is a series of three Home Tours benefitting the Robert F. Kennedy Children’s Action Corps scheduled for long weekends in September, 2008.
