Four new Properties were introduced to the Weston, Massachusetts real estate market since October 29th and five properties have sold. There are eighty-one properties remaining on the market as of November 11th. Of those eighty-one remaining properties, twenty properties are under a million dollars, twenty eight are listed between one million and two million dollars, fifteen between two and three million dollars and eighteen above three million dollars.
Last year at this time there were three new properties introduced to the market and 8 properties sold, with 114 properties remaining on the market.
