Empty Nester Seminar to be held in Wellesley, MA on October 29th

Wells Fargo Bank and Pinnacle Residential Properties invite empty nesters to a seminar that will help answer these questions. It will be held on October 29th from 6:30 to 7:30 pm at the Wellesley Community Center at 219 Washington Street in Wellesley.

The Speakers:

Sue Ann Sheehan, Reverse Mortgage Consultant, Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, will discuss home financing options that are tailored to fit your needs and future goals.

Elaine Bannigan, GRI, CRS, Co-Owner of Pinnacle, will put your “next move” in context with the condition of the local real estate markets. You may be pleasantly surprised. She will discuss the basics, the process and the timing of getting your house ready to sell.

Robert Alkon, Partner, the accounting firm of Alkon & Levine, will address topics such as determining basis, capital gains exclusions, and like-kind exchanges.

Vincent Spoto, Senior Residential Specialist, Co-Owner of Pinnacle, will discuss the housing options for those considering the next move.
