As Talk Of Our Towns reported earlier, The Rice Barn recently opened in Needham, MA. NECN’s Billy Costa, host of TV Diner, visited The Rice Barn restaurant located at 1037 Great Plain Avenue, the former location of Joy Luck restaurant, and gave it very good reviews.
