Real estate activity in Weston, Massachusetts, September 17 - 23, 2007
Three new properties have been introduced to the Weston, Massachusetts real estate market since September 17th, one of which sold. It was listed in the $800,000 to $1,000,000 price band and was the only listing that has came under agreement since the 17th. It seems to confirm the wisdom that properly priced listings are selling in the current market environment.
There are eighty-seven properties remaining on the market as of September 23rd. One year ago there were one hundred thirteen remaining properties. Twenty-nine of the eighty-seven remaining properties are listed between one million and two million dollars. Sixteen of the remaining properties are listed between two and three million dollars. The good news is that there are seventeen properties listed for under one million dollars!
