Wellesley Library Employees Rate Local Ice Cream in a Blind Taste Test

In a blind taste test administered by The Wellesley Townsman, ten Wellesley Free Library employees rated vanilla and chocolate ice creams from four local stores: White Mountain Creamery, Brigham’s, Herrel’s brand from La Riviera Gourmet and Truly Yogurt. They judged them on taste, appearance and texture. According to the Townsman, “…many of them weighed taste as the most important factor.”
