Vacation Home Sales Increased in 2006 Says NAHB
National Home Builders Association Says Vacation Home Sales Jumped in 2006 by 4.7%
According to the National Association of Home Builders’ Industry Forecast, vacation home sales increased to a record 1.07 million properties in 2006 - an increase of 4.7% over last year. The study showed that the typical vacation home buyer purchased a property a median of 215 miles from their primary home. The median price was $200,000.
