Real Estate Activity for Wellesley, MA - May 14th - May 21st, 2007
Eleven new properties were listed this week and 7 sold, with three of these sales from the new inventory. There were multiple offers on at least one listing (one of Pinnacle’s). Buyers still responded enthusiastically to what they perceived as well-priced offerings. Our largest concentration of inventory appears both below $800K and in the $1M to $2M ranges, where some very good properties remain. As of May 21st, there are 150 houses remaining for sale compared to 192 one year ago..
