It’s been another active week in Needham…Seventeen single family properties were added to the inventory this week and nine properties have sold*. Buyers are responding enthusiastically to what they perceive as well-priced offerings. THe largest concentration of inventory appears both below $800K and in the $1M-$1.5M ranges, where some very desirable properties remain. As of May 21st, there are 133 houses for sale in Needham, MA. If you’re thinking about selling this Spring, your property should be put on the market immediately.
