Real Estate Activity for Wellesley, MA - March 5th - March 12th, 2007
Since March 5th,, 9 single family properties were listed as new while 14 properties sold. Fewer properties have been listed this Spring than many expected. The inventory of single family properties is at 116 versus 172 last year, same week. We do like to tell other brokers that in 1995 the inventory was as low as 32 houses for sale in the entire town. Perspective is everything. A healthy balance between supply and demand currently exists.
