Real Estate Activity in Needham, MA 2/26/07 - 3/5/07

Since February 26, 13 single family properties have been introduced to the Needham market and 19 properties have sold*.  Four of these sales were of the new offerings. Sales were brisk for properties that buyers perceived as well-priced. As of March 5th,  there are 102 properties remaining for sale in Needham, MA.

*Sold here means “Pending/Under Agreement and not yet closed.
