Since February 19th, only 3 new single family properties were introduced while 11 properties sold. There were few new listings added because of school vacation week. However, the first two weeks of March are typically when the greatest number of new listings are introduced in any given year. Our inventory is really low as we go to press. As of February 26, we are down to 105 available single family properties, compared to 152 last year, same week. We’ll see a rise next week.
