Two high end properties have sold in Wellesley’s Country Club Neighborhood since my last Neighborhood Spotlight column two weeks ago.
The splendid new construction I referred to sold in a heart beat at over $3.5m. A brand new listing in the $2m. range was introduced last week and went under agreement within days.
