Recent Real Estate Activity in Wellesley's Country Club Neighborhood
The Spring Market in Wellesley, MA got off to a surprisingly early start this year. Some interesting new inventory, relatively mild weather, continuing low interest rates and possibly a pent-up demand brought buyers out in full force. Several properties went under agreement within days of coming on the market, some had multiple offers and Open Houses have generally been very well attended.
In Wellesley’s Country Club neighborhood only one new listing was introduced this past month and one sale closed. These figures cannot be exact since they do not include homes that sold privately without officially coming on the market.
At this time there are six homes for sale in Country Club ranging in price from approximately $800,000 to $4m. One of these is a splendid new construction on one of the area’s favorite streets and two are exquisitely renovated antiques.
