The Magic of Cliff Road

Cliff Road is one of the most prominent and most prestigious streets in the town of Wellesley MA.  Used by many as a convenient way to Weston and major commuter routes from Wellesley town center, Cliff Road boasts some of the most stately, luxurious and impressive residences in town. Just last year a sale of a single family home on Cliff Road at over $7m. set a new MLS record for Wellesley.

Cliff Road, Wellesley, becomes Cliff Road, Weston before it changes to Oak, a little beyond the Town Line.  Cliff Road in Weston is equally prestigious and both Cliffs have experienced a considerable amount of Real Estate activity in the past 12 months.

In Wellesley there were five sales on Cliff Road, mainly in the $2m. to $3m. range in the past year. In Weston a few homes were on the market but there were no sales in the same time period.  These figures are not exact since some properties may have sold quietly without ever officially coming on the market.

As we enter the New Year there is only one home listed on Cliff Road but my prediction is that as we edge toward the beginning of the Spring Market some if not most of the homes on Cliff Road that did not sell will once more become available and there may be others.
