Real Estate Buyers in Wellesley, Weston, Concord, Needham and Natick Looking Ahead to Spring Real Estate

Santa hasn’t even made his annual trip and there’s a buzz about the spring real estate market. In one week I received calls from 3 anxious buyers wanting to head out now to look at houses, too anxious to wait until January. They have put their holiday shopping on hold, and instead are giddy about the thoughts of next Christmas in their new homes.

This is a very different feel from last year, when the fall market barely had a pulse and the holiday season represented a well needed break from defeated sellers and their real estate agents who wondered where all the buyers had gone.

I am optimistic that the spring real estate market in our area of Wellesley and Weston, Massachusetts will be brisk. This is just a professional opinion, based on a gift from the feds not to raise rates, giddy buyers and big bonuses expected in the world of finance. Who knows what will happen, but this is the season to wish for good things!
